The wait was long but the service was very professional. Dave at the front office was very helpful and he kept me updated on the diagnosis . The technician was thorough in his work and. Hopefully I won't be visiting a shop any time soon. Overall the wait was worth it and the price was reasonable too.

Firestone provides excellent service no matter the time of day. Thanks to the helpful manager JHON, my oil change and tire repair were completed in just 35 minutes. The waiting room was incredibly comfortable, the prices were great, and they offer a fantastic lifetime warranty on alignments. I’ve definitely found the go-to "hospital" for my car.

John and Britney were awesome!!! Although I went in for a fleet service, you now gained an other customer for my personal vehicles. Good choice on facing the white lettering out, it looks good for my office on wheels. Only one recommendation, when an oil change is requested may you please top off the other fluids. I refilled my engine coolant and washer fluid myself. Thank you for your excellent service

Wow!! I can’t say enough as how awesome Fire stone is. John, the service manager stayed late to help with a flat tire. Customer service is superb!! I will definitely be back again for all further business!!

I ran over the biggest bolt I’ve ever seen, in downtown Ft. Worth. John was able to get me a tire brought in from another store and the team was able to get me back on the road while I worked from the lobby. John has incredible customer service skills and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you!
